Flat Fee Pricing Estimates
Family Law cases are assigned flat fees that are based on the stage of a case. The flat fee varies based on the complexity of the case, which can only be determined during the consultation, when an exact quote will be given.
Stage I. Initiation of Case - Mediation
Includes initiation of litigation including drafting initial pleadings, responding to mandatory disclosures, preparing affidavits, and scheduling temporary hearings as determined necessary by the firm.
Conducting, responding to and analyzing discovery, including taking and defending depositions, filing motions to compel, and scheduling temporary or permanent hearings and other motions as necessary. Also includes negotiations and settlement agreement.
Engaging in and preparing for alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, determining the need for and engaging expert witnesses. (witness fees separate).
One Flat Fee for Stage I
Stage II. Trial
Preparing for witnesses, including taking and defending depositions, reviewing reports, evidence, discovery, drafting testimony or cross-examination, and preparing exhibits for each witness called to testify at any hearing.
Preparing for potential expert witnesses, including taking and defending depositions, reviewing expert reports, communication with expert witnesses, drafting testimony or cross-examination, and preparing exhibits for each expert witness called to testify at any hearing.

One Flat Fee:
Uncontested Adoptions & Uncontested Divorce: Parties have agreed to all terms and we will represent one party to draft the terms of the agreement and file the petition with the court.
Dependency: Involves the State of Florida making allegations against a parent that their children should be deemed “dependent” and removed from the home.
